How we handle your information, the terms of our design, furniture and shop services, and how returns and refunds work. Last updated October 2026.
Luxy Habitat, Shop FN-03, Gate-09, China Mall, Ajman, UAE, collects only the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare designs and quotes, deliver orders and provide aftercare.
Your name, phone, email and address; floor plans and room photos you send us, including photos uploaded to Room Studio; order and payment records; and basic website usage data such as pages visited.
To reply to you, prepare designs and quotations, manufacture and deliver your order, issue tax invoices, and send updates you have agreed to receive. We do not sell your data.
Only service providers who help us operate: payment processors, delivery partners, hosting and the AI service that generates Room Studio designs. Each receives only what is needed for that task.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 56 288 1266. We keep invoices and accounting records for the period UAE law requires.
Prices on this website are starting points in AED and exclude 5% VAT unless stated. Estimator results are indicative. Your final price is the itemised quotation issued after a site visit and approved design, valid for 14 days.
Production starts only after you approve the drawings and materials in writing and the agreed deposit is paid. Changes after approval may affect price and timeline and are confirmed in writing first.
Projects are paid in stages agreed in your quotation: on design approval, on production start and on installation. Shop orders are paid in full at checkout.
You arrange building permissions and access for our team. Timelines are estimates and may move because of building approvals, client changes or material availability; we keep you updated throughout.
Room Studio images are AI-generated concepts for inspiration, not binding designs. Natural materials such as stone and timber vary in colour and grain from samples and photos.
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange collection; a collection fee may apply for change-of-mind returns.
Items made to your size, fabric or finish cannot be returned once production has started, unless they are faulty or differ from the approved drawing.
Please check your delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days. Design fees for work already delivered are not refundable.
